About Me
Dina Onur
Dina Onur holds a Master’s Degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, and a BS in Business Management and Finance from Brooklyn College, NYC. She brings over five years of experience as an International Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Olympus Surgical Technologies America, demonstrating her profound expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments.
As the founder and manager of Optimal Home Health Care, Dina has successfully led the company for over 8 years, managing a team of more than 50 employees. The company has received over 50 five-star reviews on Google, highlighting its exceptional service and Dina’s leadership. It is a successful partnership with an ER Nurse. In addition to her healthcare ventures, Dina has extensively invested in real estate for more than eight years, focusing on remodeling, rehabilitating, and renting out multi-family units in Massachusetts. She is a “buy and hold” investor with a portfolio of 13 doors, demonstrating her acumen in real estate investments. In recent years, Dina started exceling at new development/new ground-up construction projects where she found herself to be successful.
Dina is also a mentor, consultant, motivational speaker, and community leader. Fluent in Russian, she engages with diverse communities to share her expertise and experiences. Dina balances her professional pursuits with a rich personal life; she is a mother of three, owns a dog, and enjoys working out, gardening, art projects, flowering, farming, and traveling the world to help people.

We offer general maintenance, emergency call response, and efficient rent collection. Our office is located in North Attleboro, MA and we provide services up to 25 miles in the area. Our specialization is solely in property maintenance and management, ensuring your investments receive dedicated care on a consistent basis. This targeted approach enables us to deliver exceptional service without overlapping with real estate agents, as we do not participate in rental activities. We only focus on small multi-family homes with 4 units or less. We collaborate with all real estate agents. If you do not have any real estate agent, we can recommend top-notch agents in your area. While we do not offer leasing services, as that is not our area of expertise, we excel in property maintenance.
